Description

What Are You Tolerating? is a 4-part, soul-centered workshop series designed to help women identify what they’ve been silently carrying, strengthen emotional boundaries, say no without guilt, and reconnect with their true desires.

Each 90-minute session blends:

  • Guided meditation

  • Journaling and self-reflection

  • Group coaching and discussion

  • A downloadable worksheet

  • A supportive, sacred community space

Participants may attend individual sessions or the full series.

Week 1: Naming What You’re Carrying

Date: Thursday, June 12
Participants explore the quiet tolerations and invisible weight they've been holding—physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically.

Week 2: Emotional Boundaries & Inner Permission

Date: Thursday, June 19
Learn how to stop over-functioning and give yourself permission to rest, say no, and reclaim your energy.

Week 3: Saying No Without Guilt

Date: Thursday, June 26
Unlearn cultural conditioning around over-giving and practice compassionate boundary-setting that honors your truth.

Week 4: Reclaiming What You Desire

Date: Thursday, July 3
Reconnect with what you truly want. Tap into your intuition and set aligned intentions for the future.
