Description
The Women in Business Leadership Group hosts informative, inspirational events on the first Wednesday of even-numbered months at 6pm at the Triton Museum of Art.
The October speaker will be "Passionate Pink" Heidi Garland.
Heidi Garland is a breast cancer survivor and advocate for the American Cancer Society. She is a top fundraiser who works to increase awareness and fund cutting edge research. She is a wife, mother of two sons and the owner of Guild West, a digital marketing firm. As a 13-year survivor, Heidi epitomizes the survivor movement. Not only is she surviving she is thriving in her role as a Making Strides Against Breast Cancer ambassador. Heidi’s personal mission is to transform cancer from deadly to treatable and from treatable to preventable.
